Lene Melchiorsen joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2020 and was appointed Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs in October 2022.
Prior to joining Ferring, Lene was employed for more than 18 years in Novo Nordisk in different leadership roles in Regulatory Affairs, Global Development and Competitive Intelligence.
Lene has a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, supplemented with Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from TOPRA and University of Cardiff, UK and a certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, France.
