Mads Hougaard joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals in September 2022.
He is head of/Senior Director for HR at Ferring International PharmaScience Center (IPC) and is responsible for setting and implementing the people agenda.
He holds a Master of Science in International Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has worked with HR both in Denmark and abroad during his more than 20 years of experience.
Mads has solid experience with all aspects of the employee lifecycle. He has held both Global and local roles during his previous employment with H. Lundbeck and Michelin where he gained profound tactical and strategic know-how in terms of leading an HR function.
